You must have a commercial license from Dubai Economy – (DED)

  • To sell on Happystore.com, you must have a business license registered with the Dubai Economic Department, also known as Dubai Economy or DED. You must be either the holder of the trade license or an employee of the organization authorized by the company you work for. You may not use another company's commercial license to create an account at Happystore.com.

Sell ​​products based on the activities listed on your trade license

  • You are only allowed to list and sell Products through our Platform in accordance with the activities registered on your Trade License.

Selling Counterfeit and Non-Genuine Products

  • com follows the policies of Dubai Economy (DED), and thus you have to comply with what is permitted and prohibited by the economic department. You are not allowed to sell products that are counterfeit, non-genuine, or selling products where you violate any IPRs, intellectual property rights. We do take this seriously and may report any violations to the IPR owners or to the concerned law authorities or government bodies.

Selling Refurbished and Used Products

  • Products sold through our platform must be new. Selling refurbished or used products is not allowed on Happystore.com and it breaks our promise to our customers.

Misleading Information

  • As a merchant on Happystore.com, you are required to publish clear and correct content about your products and your company, such as product images, product titles, product information, company information, company logo and company name.

Return & refund disputation:

  • It is the absolute discretion & responsibility of the Merchant on replacement of product or refund of purchase price .in case of any disagreement with customer in this regards, it is the responsibility of the merchant to settle these matters & any consequence on these decisions to be borne by the merchant.

Accuracy and Update of Your Products Quantity

  • You are expected to always update your product quantities in our platform in order to avoid cases where you cannot fulfill an order submitted by a customer. Such cases that will lead to an order being cancelled from your end will negatively affect your merchant rating and will also affect your reputation in front of customers.

Content and Product Types

  • You are responsible about the content you publish on our platform. You are prohibited from using any type of content that contains or portrays profanity or is explicit in nature or in violation to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Personal information section

  • We collect user details like First name, Last name & Email Only, on our server(https://api.vajro.com) if you log in with Facebook and Google login on our mobile app to update our website.


Data Deletion and Amendment:

  • If you choose to delete your account and all associated data (or specific parts of it), send an email to info@happystore.com requesting deletion of data. We'll process your request and delete all account data within (x [Max: 30]) days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is done.
